Do I need to make an appointment?
In order to ensure the very best experience, we do recommend making an appointment, particularly on Saturdays. We do our very best to accommodate all walk-ins, however we can give you our undivided attention when an appointment is made.
How long are appointments?
Typical appointments are about an hour and a half.
What do I need to bring?
Not a thing! We have strapless bras and shoes available for your use during the appointment. Feel free to bring us any pictures or detailed information about your wedding.
How far in advance should I order my dress?
We highly recommend ordering your gown at least eight months before the wedding. In general, it takes four to five months to get the dress in and another three for the alterations process. If you have less time, options include rush orders and purchasing a sample gown.
What is your price range?
Our couture gowns range from $1500 to over $6,000, with most of our gowns in the $1,800 - $3,500 range. We have gowns for all types of weddings, as well as perfect options for debutantes and graduates.
Bridesmaids styles typically range from $170 to $310.
Mother of the Bride styles typically range from $350 to $950.
What sizes do you offer?
Our wedding gowns are usually sampled in a size 10 or 12, and we order your gown according to your measurements and the designers' size charts. Most of our gowns are available to order in sizes 2-20. Our bridesmaids styles are available to order in sizes 2 -24. Bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses do tend to run small, so expect to go up at least one size.
Do you provide alterations?
We do provide in-house alterations for our brides through Precision couturier, Tammy Stoyanova. Alterations are a separate and additional charge.
For bridesmaids and mothers of the bride/groom, we are happy to recommend a local seamstress for you.
How do I order my bridesmaids dresses with you?
We have perfected the art of gathering and placing bridesmaids orders. As the bride, all you need to do is pick the dress and color and give us a list of your bridesmaids' contact information (email usually works best), and we take care of the rest! We contact each girl with information about the dress, and provide a size chart and our online sizing form for them to fill out and send to us. We have ordered dresses for entire bridal parties we have never met! We do recommend to have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress, but that is all the information we need to place an order, along with a 50% deposit for each dress.
How long do bridesmaids dresses take to order?
It depends very much on the particular company, and it ranges from 10-14 weeks. It is a good idea to choose your dresses around six months from your wedding date. If you have less time please feel free to contact us and we can help you navigate rush options.
